𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Senior Software Architect
The position is very senior & requires extensive experience, so please do not apply if you have less than 10 years of experience.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Analyze user needs & software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time.
• Specification, architecture, & algorithm definitions.
• Coding activities – code review, create & maintain code standards.
• Serve as a technical liaison among project managers, developers, & stakeholders.
• Create overall project plans & track progress.
• Oversee and support the coaching & training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications.
• Prepare an easy-to-understand report for supervisors detailing achieved milestones & short-term project goals.
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information.
• Ability to work within a cross-functional Agile team to develop, design, & architect solutions in a highly iterative fashion.
• You will be responsible for ongoing research to understand how modern software engineering practices can be applied on a large-level software application & its lifecycle.
• Working Experiences in Laravel, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flutter, & mobile app development.
• Experience using making mobile apps using java/kotlin & swift/objective c is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Working experience in Native Android Development will be a plus.
• Must have experience in google map API, payment gateway, & firebase integrations.
• Familiarity with server communication & Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Must have experience in Jira & Agile methods.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• BSc in computer science, information technology, software architecture, or related field.
• MSc in computer engineering preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the software industry.
• Professional experience analyzing code for weaknesses & errors, and overseeing plans to improve them.
• Outstanding collaboration & communication skills are essential.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:
• Salary Range: 90K to 150K Taka
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
• Weekend: 2 days (Sat-Sun).
• Office Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
• Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidised.
• Tea/Coffee/Snacks.
• Open office environment.
